As a member of the British International Freight Association (BIFA), we are by virtue of our membership required to trade under the Associations Standard Trading Conditions (STC's). These conditions have been in existence for many years and have been developed in conjunction with the British Shippers Council and the Institute of Export, and are lodged with the Office of Fair Trading.
