As a result of the acquisition of European Spedition Limited by Trans Global in May 2008 the Group has now relocated all of its Southern European road freight operation to a purpose built 15,000 sq.ft transit warehouse and operating site at Basildon Essex. 

The facility is located close to the M25, and has easy links to the Port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel Rail link. All 12 UK offices have the capability of handling FTL (curtain sides, box and flat) and heavy lift/wide load transportation to and from Europe, In addition the sites at Basildon & Dover offer storage and 3PL facilities.

The Division maintains a carefully selected network of partners to serve the division’s core business in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, providing selected LTL groupage import and export departures.
